EFTPOS Central Payment & Refund Policy


All products and services featured on the EFTPOS Central website are listed in New Zealand Dollars and are billed in the official currency of New Zealand.


EFTPOS Central will initiate a refund solely for defective or incorrectly supplied items if the returned goods reach us within seven days of their initial receipt.

EFTPOS Central, at its sole discretion, may consider refunding or replacing returned items for other reasons, provided the following conditions are satisfied:

Refunds will not be processed until EFTPOS Central has received and inspected the returned items.
